Delivery times


Standard delivery – you should receive your SBD product delivery within 3-5 working days from the placement of your order.


International orders are dependent on the requested shipping destination. You should receive your order in approximately 7 – 14 working days from the day you placed it.

If you would like to check on the status of your order please email us at quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you with your query.

Canceling or Changing your order

SBD Thailand endeavors to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please email, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Incorrect orders

If you have received your order from SBD Thailand and it is incorrect please email with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct products sent to you.

At SBD Thailand, we will replace any incorrect product with your chosen product within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the incorrect products you received.

Please note: We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered late, damaged or incorrect. We will handle the return of the incorrect order process to make this as easy as possible for you as well.

Refund and Exchange policy

SBD Thailand will fully refund or replace any goods purchased ONLY if they are found to be faulty or damaged within 5 days from the receipt of your order and pay for the shipping costs for the faulty or damaged product to be sent back and for the new product to be sent out. For a product to be deemed faulty or damaged, photo evidence must be sent to

Please note: We have a very strict no-refund and a no-size exchange policy for products that have been opened (even to try on), used, and/or are not deemed faulty or damaged. We strongly encourage and recommend our customers to ensure that they select the correct size before placing an order. To be clear, if the products have been opened then we will NOT issue a refund or exchange.
